Our coaching packages are currently specific to cyclists, mountain bikers, and multisport athletes who are looking to improve their cycling. We offer several levels of coaching from pre-set race-specific training plans, to 12-week customized race-specific training plans, to one-on-one monthly coaching packages, and even one-on-one private instruction. 12-week pre-set training plan:

$100 per 12 week training plan (designed specific to a type of race- i.e. 50 miler, 100 miler, 12 hour, 24 hour, etc.)

12-week customized training plan:

$350 per customized 12 week training plan (designed specific to a particular race)
# Complete analysis of athlete history (training, performance) and current race goals.
# Initial phone consult to discuss race goals, schedule and training focus.
# One-time nutrition assessment & recommendation by Namrita O'Dea, MS, RD, LD. This includes daily intake (energy, nutrients), macro- and micronutrient breakdown, sports nutrition, fluid/electrolyte needs.
# Email contact only. Ongoing phone consults at additional cost.

Basic Coaching & Nutrition package:

$250/month + one-time setup fee of $100
